The town of Bredene has intentionally left its wide, unspoiled belt of dunes untouched, respects its natural surroundings and as a result offers wonderful peace and quiet, something of a rarity in our hectic lives. Next to that, Bredene is Belgium’s only seaside town with its own naturist beach.
In a place so close to nature, it is not surprising that there are only five hotels and no less than 25 camp sites! The well respected Camping ‘t Minnepark and Veld en Duin prove that camping does not mean sacrificing comfort.
Bredene itself may be a slow-paced resort, but the same is not true of its restaurants. This small seaside town is proud to offer two excellent and beautifylly presented restaurants. Le Homard et la Moule serves food to a gastronomic standard, while Lautrec serves the classic dishes in a trendy restaurant.
Nature, in its purest possible form. Bredene is about taking time to enjoy yourself and recharge your batteries. Climbing and walking in the dunes, you will be astonished by the free and expansive views.
