STAM to be opened in Ghent
The STAM, or Ghent City Museum, will open its doors to the public on 9th and 10th October 2010 for two days of music and festivity.
The museum, set within a magnificent abbey and convent buildings on the Bijloke site in Ghent, is a gem of its own.
The permanent display will explore the history of the city through a chronological trail of objects and multimedia. Additional temporary exhibitions will discover different aspects of city life and urbanism.
